Exhibitor Information

Below is general information on setting up your exhibitor space. Should you have other questions please contact us at your convenience.


When Can I Set Up My Exhibit ?

Before you are permitted to enter the exhibit hall to set up your exhibit you must first visit the registration booth and obtain your registration materials. You will receive your ID badge that will give you access to the Exhibit Hall. You will be given an exhibit (booth) location number at that time.

You can begin setting up your exhibits on Wednesday 22 October after 1:00 p.m. If it is a small exhibit you may set up your exhibit on the morning of Thursday 23 October from 7:30 to 8:15. However, all exhibits must be assembled by no later than Thursday 23 October at 8:15 a.m.

Electricity

If your initial registration requested electricity, you will be provided electrical power. If you did not register for power you will not be provide access to a power supply. You should bring at least the following:
  • One 20’ extension cord for each item you intend to plug into the Hotel’s electrical service
  • One Power Cord Strip

 

Internet Service

Internet service will be available at a nominal fee that can be purchased during the Expo event. Payment for the service can be made on the event date.
